Christmas at St Paul's Tervuren 2017

"I’m here to announce a great and joyful event that is meant for everybody, worldwide: A Saviour has just been born in David’s town, a Saviour who is Messiah and Master. This is what you’re to look for: a baby wrapped in a blanket and lying in a manger." - Luke 2

Christmas is a time to celebrate and a time to pause and reflect on the Good News of God with us.

Christmas Charities

This Christmas two charities have been chosen to receive our giving. Please give generously to these two great causes.

As we reflect on the Christmas story - Mary giving birth to a vulnerable baby, fleeing from terror with her husband Joseph, as a family with huge uncertainty for the future, we are supporting those in similar circumstances today:

The Joel Nafuma Refugee Centre in Rome supports homeless refugees and asylum seekers, providing a support network and empowering them to build new lives.

Closer to home, the Protestant Social Centre in Brussels similarly focuses on individuals and families with children who are fleeing economic hardship. They offer legal advice, support to find work, food, furniture and warm clothing.

At all our services and events through Christmas there will be an opportunity to give to these charities
